The Studio:
Our Standard Studios, situated on the ground and first floors, offer a comfortable living space ranging from 13 to 14 square meters. Each studio apartment is equipped with a compact double bed, a study desk with a chair, a wardrobe featuring shelving, a full-length mirror, an ensuite bathroom, and a kitchenette complete with storage, an induction hob, a combination microwave oven, and a fridge.

These studios are the perfect choice if you value having your personal space customized to your preferences. You still have access to all our shared spaces and can participate in our events, ensuring that making friends is effortless. With a variety of room sizes and floor options available throughout the residence, you can select the perfect combination to craft your ideal home.
