General Introduction:
Residents will be offered with halfboard or fullboard services to be included in the price, depending on the type of accommodation selected (halfboard or fullboard). The Halfboard consists of 20 breakfast cards and 20 lunch or dinner cards per month. The fullboard consists of 20 breakfast cards and 40 lunch or dinner cards per month. Residents can use tickets as needed.

Each room includes a complete bathroom and also:
• Single bed
• Desk and chest of drawers
• Storage area (wardrobe and drawers)
• Desk lamp
• 3 USB connection points
• Wi-Fi and cable internet connection • Acoustically conditioned
• Bed linen and towels
• Blinds and/or blinds

The rate includes:
• Accommodation in the chosen room
• All supplies, electricity and water
• Wifi and cable connection
• Weekly cleaning of the room
• Change of linen and towels weekly
• Access to all building facilities and use of them
• 24-hour service at reception, CCTV cameras
• Access control

Price:
Accommodation + Half Board: 552€ per person per week
Accommodation + Full Board: 583€ per person per week

Registration Fee: 250€
Deposit: 1500€
Duration: 10 Months from 1 September to 30 June
