Our Premium Studios with Terrace offer a luxurious penthouse living experience, boasting a spacious terrace of over 15 square meters, and a cozy interior ranging from 13.5 to 14.5 square meters. These studios are situated on the fifth floor and feature a comfortable double bed, a functional study desk and chair, a wardrobe with ample shelving, a full-length mirror, a private ensuite bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchenette equipped with storage space, an induction hob, a combi microwave oven, and a fridge.
