Offering a small, tight-knit community of just 110 rooms and 30 regular rooms, our student residence is located next to Hayashi on the Dovedale campus.

It is a modern accommodation offering a quieter and more peaceful environment surrounded by Japanese-inspired landscaped gardens. Depending on demand, alcohol-free and/or single-sex apartments are available. Facilities include common rooms, conference rooms and laundry rooms in each building.

Welfare and resident support are high on the priority list, and we provide residents with 24/7 services, security and pastoral care, including a robust residential program and vibrant. We are proud to partner with the University of Canterbury as the preferred residence.
