Our student residence is an apartment-style complex that provides independent on-campus accommodation to 847 residents whether you are in your freshman year or completing graduate studies. Secure, full-service apartments are located on campus next to Ilam Homestead and Gardens and will allow you to experience a large community of like-minded students, just steps from the lecture halls and other facilities within campus five minutes walk. We have a diverse community of students of all ages, at all levels of study and from all over the world.

Conveniently located on Homestead Lane, our student residence is surrounded by other residence halls and is just a 5-minute walk from the University of Canterbury campus.
