The Studio:
Our Standard Plus Studios, situated on the second, third, and fourth floors, offer a cozy living space ranging from 13 to 14 square meters. Each studio apartment is furnished with a compact double bed, a study desk accompanied by a chair, a wardrobe featuring shelving, a full-length mirror, an ensuite bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with storage, an induction hob, a combination microwave oven, and a fridge.

These studios are an excellent choice if you cherish having your personal space tailored to your liking. You still have access to all our communal areas and can partake in our events, making it effortless to forge new friendships.
