- If cancelled 4 weeks or more before the check-in date, you will receive a refund on everything except the service, bedding, and deposit fees (total 364 GBP). If cancelled less than 4 weeks before the check-in date, you will receive a refund on everything except the service, bedding, and deposit fees as well as the price of the first 4 weeks. If cancelled on or after the check-in date, refunds are not possible.

- Booking is a minimum of 4 weeks. Overnight guests are allowed 8 nights per month. Residents must abide to basic hygeine rules and keep noise to a minimum, especially during exam season. - We are currently only accepting bookings greater than 24 Weeks of stay. - Students can book now and pay later. - To confirm the booking, you need to pay £250 within 48 hrs. (Non refundable if booking is cancelled). - 1st Instalment will be on 01 March 2023. - Following installments will be collected when you check-in at the accommodation. - We will offer 2% additional discount if you opt to pay in full at once.
