The Residence: You have a Cooking Zone where you can make your meals and dinners in the company of your colleagues. If you wish, you could book our Full Board service from Monday to Saturday with attention to special needs such as vegans or allergens. (Full board: 240 € / month, Food: € 120 / month or Dinner: € 120 / month) We also have an inhouse Gym, great spaces to study and superfast internet. – all you need

Cleaning: We take care that your room is clean. Once a week we will set up your room with a change of sheets and towels. Every day we take care that the common areas are clean and ready. You will have a self-service washing and ironing that adds to the all-inclusive.

Safety: A safe place with surveillance systems that guarantee 24/7 surveillance.
Additionally, our reception staff cares about your comfort and tranquility, in addition to providing you with a calendar of various activities in the community.
