General Introduction:
The residence has 21 rooms, 2 large kitchens, a terrace, a TV room and several common areas. Just as in each of our accommodations, there is space to meet and share with other student residents. In general, it’s a place that offers enough peace and privacy but also gives you the opportunity to be with others whenever you want.

The price includes basic services, high-speed internet and the right to use all the common spaces of the house: terrace, garden or patio. As well as our furniture: ping pong tables, board games, books and additional entertainment services (Netflix, DirecTV GO).

We have our own laundry service, bike parking and easy access to public transportation: two blocks from the Gold Museum and five from the Las Aguas del Transmilenio station.
